Captain Jeff was born in Urbana, Virginia.  He has been on the water his whole life – from setting and retrieving crab pots since age 5 to Fleet Captain of his sailing club to boat deliveries.  He has his USCG Masters License.  Jeff moved to the Outer Banks, NC in 1996 and has owned his own automotive repair business for 20 years.  His passion is being on the water, whether it is sailing or fishing and loves he is able to show everyone the wonderful sites of the Caribbean.

Originally from Plymouth, Devon in the UK, Dee lived on Tortola in the ’90’s  and worked on White Squall II and The Willy T.  She also worked as the Executive Assistant to Charles Tobias of Pusser’s British West Indies Ltd.  From 1995 to present date, she has lived in the USA.  For the last 14 years at the Outer Banks, North Carolina where she owns and runs a Wine Wholesale Distributor.  She obtained her Captain’s License in 2005 and is an active racer in her sailing club.

Little Guppy, Maggie, is a social butterfly and has cultivated a love of the water. At 4 she had already competed in her first sailboat race as crew and could swim the length of our local pool using free stroke and side breathing. She is a mermaid. She loves to search for sharks teeth and shells, combing the sand for hours at a time.   Meeting new people is exciting for her and she is very thrilled to be part of the crew when she is not in school.
