  • How do we get to the boats from the cruise ship?
    It is a 5-10-minute walk from the cruise ship to Village Cay Directions to Village Cay Marina, Road Town from the Cruise Ship Pier After leaving the cruise ship pier, head towards Banco Popular where you will turn right. Walk straight ahead and you will see Village Cay Marina. When the road curves to the left, stay to your right and follow the water’s edge to the Village Cay Marina restaurant & bar. We will customize your sail to ensure we leave an hour after the cruise ship arrives and return an hour before your ship is due to leave.
  • Will I get back to the cruise ship in time?
    We make sure to have you back to the dock at least an hour or more before your ship is due to leave the port. We customize our sailing times to coordinate your arrival and departure times in port.
  • What if we have weather concerns?
    In case there is not much wind, we will motor sail to our destinations, so you are able to enjoy 2-3 snorkeling stops. It is our intention to sail as much as the wind allows while getting you back to the dock in a timely manner. In case of very bad weather and the captain has to cancel, we will reschedule your trip if possible or refund your deposit.
  • What is provided on the catamarans and powerboats?
    Join us for an incredible day sailing and snorkeling charter. Catamarans - Our rates include a freshly prepared lunch, complimentary bottle of wine, drinks, snacks and snorkel equipment. All permits are included. Powerboats - Lunch is not included on the powerboat. The captain will take you to a beachside restaurant of your choice (not included). Ice cold beer, sodas and water will be in the cooler. Just bring your swimsuit, towel and non-spray sun lotion.
  • Can we book and pay online?
    No. We prefer offering very personalized service and our booking agent will take care of you via phone, WhatsApp or email. We will take a deposit to reserve your spot on a shared charter or the catamaran on a private charter. We prefer the balance to be paid on the day of the sail in cash and can process credit cards which will incur a 4% convenience fee. Gratuity is NOT included and whilst at your discretion, the industry standard is 15-20%.
  • Where are you located?
    Our base is Hannah Bay Marina. We can pick you up from here, Village Cay Marina OR Soper’s Hole Marina. We can also pick up at Scrub Island, Virgin Gorda, Oil Nut Bay, Little Dix Bay and Jost Van Dyke.
  • Do you cater for special diets?
    Yes, please let us know of your dietary restrictions when you book your private charter, day sailing and cruise ship charters. Then we can accommodate your restrictions. We use the freshest ingredients to provide a delicious luncheon and are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
  • What should we expect for the day?
    Settle in and we will head off on our sailing and snorkeling charter where we will stop at 2 or 3 bays depending on your itinerary. We will serve our freshly prepared lunch, with complimentary bottle of wine onboard. Snacks are served after our first stop, as well as our spectacular rum punches/painkillers. We also offer water, beer and sodas throughout the day.
  • Can we start our sail from another island in the BVI?
    Indeed, for a truly unique trip our private charters can be customized for your convenience, including your starting/finishing point Our sailing and snorkeling charters can pick up from Scrub Island, Virgin Gorda, Little Dix Bay, Oil Nut Bay and Jost Van Dyke.
  • What are your cancellation policies?
    We do not overbook our boats and do not have a waiting list of people to fill your spot. We ask that you respectfully cancel as soon as you find out you are unable to join us. In case of very bad weather and the captain has to cancel, we will reschedule your trip. Squalls come and go quite quickly, and we do NOT cancel due to this. Besides, we have a covered cockpit and an inside lounge area where you may relax and wait out the rain. For cancellations more than 8 days before the scheduled sail will receive a full refund. All cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled sail and all “No Shows” are charged the full balance. Accordingly, any cancellations outside of your control will receive a full refund. Should your cruise ship cancel at any time due to mechanical failure or weather for example, we will issue you a full refund.
