From the Outer Banks, NC, little Guppy, Maggie, is a social butterfly and has cultivated a love of the water. At 4 she competed in her first sailboat race as crew and now at 7 she is learning to sail in RS Feva’s and wants to become a full time surfing chick.   You can always find Maggie in the pool or in the ocean. She is a mermaid. She loves to search for sharks teeth and shells, combing the sand for hours at a time.   Meeting new people is exciting for her and she is very thrilled to be part of the crew when she is not in school.

Kaycie was working at a private equity firm in Manhattan before she traded in her high heels for flip flops and moved to the British Virgin Islands. She quickly realised being under the sun and in the sea is when her heart is most content. Growing up Kaycie learned to sail on her parent’s sailboat from Mexico to Grenada, never imagining how tangible it would be to develop into such a fulfilling career. She has managed to combine all of her favorite things into her everyday life-sailing, snorkeling, meeting new people, entertaining, and exploring…. She can’t wait to meet you on board Belline and make you her famous Adventure Charters Punch Rum!

Ian grew up in Southeast England in the town of Colchester. He discovered the natural and untouched beauty of the Virgin Islands when he volunteered on the island of St. Thomas doing hurricane relief work after hurricanes Irma and Maria. He has always had a love for the ocean and what lies beneath it but 5 years ago, if you told Ian where he would be now, he would never believe you… Quitting his job as a telecommunications engineer in his small town of the UK to become a boat captain in the British Virgin Islands! If he is not driving a boat you can find him flying radio-control airplanes, fixing something, or playing frisbee on the beach. He can’t wait to show you all of the beauty these islands have to offer.
